I have been blessed in this life with having had many profound experiences with Source Energy. These expanded states have shown me the interconnectedness of all of life and the ultimate gift of existence and being. I have come to understand that we cannot change what has happened but we can choose to find the gift in our lives and to cherish everything. It is in our journey towards our hearts that we find our humanity. Our perfection and imperfections. Through forgiveness, acceptance, compassion and being responsible and present with our feelings is where we find our liberation. I am committed to the work of transformation, evolution and expansion and helping others to awaken into the beauty of their natural selves.
