  • 1-on-1 Sessions & Group Events: Payment is required prior to session confirmation or entry into remote group transmissions.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule or cancel individual appointments must be submitted via email to info@robertkelso.com at least 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or missed sessions may forfeit the booking fee.

  • UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (14-Day Cooling-Off Period):

    • If you purchase a digital service online as a consumer located in the UK or EU, you generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase.
